Frank Tralli, President
Frank Tralli has over 25 years of business experience. Leadership roles have included direct accountability for operations, finance, liquidity, assets, information systems and human resources. Frank has held the Vice-President, Finance and Chief Financial Officer roles in several companies and industries including entertainment, manufacturing, distribution, and network services. Frank worked at Ernst & Young from 1991 until 1995 where he obtained his Chartered Accountant designation and became a Manager in the firm's Corporate Recovery and Insolvency Division. In 2010, Frank obtained his Corporate Finance (CF) Specialist Designation from the Canadian Institute of Chartered Accountants. An avid runner, Frank has run numerous races including ten marathons.
David Harding, Associate
David Harding has over 40 years of business experience and has held the Director, President, Chief Executive Officer and Chairman positions in several companies. During his tenure, he has had overall responsibility for marketing, sales, advertising, operations, finance and liquidity. David owned a finance company from 1997 until 2003 where he financed Canadian exporters to numerous countries as well as domestic businesses. David has set up distribution channels all over the world and a manufacturing facility in mainland China. He is extremely familiar with international export financing and using creative financial products other than the traditional letters of credit to finance one's business.
Manjit Mann, Associate
Manjit Mann has been a qualified Chartered Accountant since 1991. Over the last eight years, he has focused on providing consulting services to a number of Fortune 200 companies in the United States in the area of corporate governance and Sarbanes-Oxley compliance. After articling at Ernst and Young, Manjit spent seven years in controller positions in the real estate development field. He then spent five years as Senior Director of Finance for an international engineering and property management company where his duties included internal control system development and IT system implementation.
Bill Thomson, Associate
Bill Thomson is the President and founder of a leading merchant banking company specializing in providing corporate finance expertise and management leadership to businesses. He sits on a number of company boards and has developed a legacy of achievement in obtaining private equity and equity-related capital for emerging growth companies, and in providing the critical guidance required by corporations to successfully steer though crises and towards positive growth.
